Here's how to delete your account

We're sad to see you go, but you’re in control.
You can permanently delete your KESHAH account at any time.

When you delete your account:

• Your profile and progress data will be permanently deleted.

• Your check-in history, photos, and scalp assessments will be removed from your account.

• You will immediately lose access to all programs in the app.

• Active subscriptions will be canceled going forward.

This cannot be undone.

Step-by-step: How to delete your account

Option A: Delete directly in the app

1. Open the KESHAH app and log in.

2. Tap the Profile / Settings tab.

3. Tap Account.

4. Tap Delete Account.

5. Read the confirmation screen.

6. Tap Yes, Delete My Account.

7. Enter your email to confirm it’s you.

8. Tap Confirm Delete.

You’ll be logged out, and your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
