How I fixed my hair loss with scalp exercises + microneedling (no drugs) — and how I now help others

I only work with 15–20 people each month. If spots are full, I’ll add you to the waitlist and reach out when one opens.

These guys thought it was too late too.

Same approach (with small adjustments for each scalp and goal) with all of them. 120+ guys over the last 2.5 years.

Try this right now.

Pinch the areas where you're losing hair. Feel how tight that is?

Now pinch the sides of your head where you still have thick hair.

Completely different, right?

That tightness is literally choking your hair follicles. It's the real reason you're losing hair, not just "genetics."

What happened to me

How did this all start?

Well I was where you are now — I was losing hair and I tried everything.

Dermatologists all said the same thing: "It's genetic, take this pill for life."

So I tried pumpkin seed oil because of some article about "8 Scientifically Proven Benefits."

I changed my diet, got more sun, even put onion juice on my hair which made it smell like shit.

At times my mind tried to convince me I was making progress, but honestly, nothing was working.

My hairline kept receding, hair falling out in the shower, anxiety levels rising.

To stop the constant anxiety, I finally gave in. I felt stuck with no other option.

On a rainy day (which oddly reflected how I felt inside) I went to Walgreens, picked up Finasteride, put it next to my bed.

I told myself I'd start the next morning.

But lying there, I felt afraid. I wasn't just taking a pill — I was committing to mess with my hormones for life.

So I made a deal with myself. Give myself till morning to learn everything about hair loss.

If I found nothing meaningful, I'd man up and start taking Finasteride.

That night changed my life forever.

I started on Reddit like I always do and found this post about Japanese research on mechanical scalp stimulation.

They proved you can literally change gene expression — activate hair growth genes, deactivate hair loss genes.

I'd dismissed scalp massage before, but this was different. Forceful, specific techniques to break down scalp tension that restricts blood flow.

That actually made sense. So I kept digging. Found an article from a guy who regrew his crown using similar techniques.

Then a blog from some guy in the 90s who stopped his hair loss by increasing scalp flexibility — supposedly still has a full head of hair today.

The more I found, the more real it seemed. But I couldn't believe it could be this simple.

Then I saw the research image that stopped me cold. Balding patterns matched exactly with areas of highest scalp tension. The tightest parts lose hair first.

When I touched my scalp I felt it. My tight, inflamed scalp was choking my own hair follicles. The problem had been right there all along.

And if I could fix my scalp, maybe I could fix my hair loss. Spoiler: I did.

Here's what I found actually works

The problem isn't only about DHT or genetics. It's that your scalp is tight, inflamed, and cutting off blood flow.

The solution isn't a pill or changing your shampoo or taking more biotin. It's breaking down years of scalp tension so blood can reach your hair follicles again.

Phase 1: Stop the hair loss

Specific scalp techniques - not gentle massages. These are forceful, targeted methods to break down tension (as well as focus on your neck). Your hands will hurt afterward. Your scalp will tingle with blood circulation. That means it's working.

Takes about 60-90 days for most guys to see their hair fall stop.

Phase 2: Regrow lost hair

Weekly microneedling with a professional electric pen. Creates thousands of micro-injuries that force blood flow to dormant areas, literally "waking them up."

New baby hair shows up after 8-12 sessions. Becomes thick terminal hair over time.

Phase 3: Maintain for life

I'll tell you my exact maintenance protocol using just your hands so you can keep the hair we grow back. No pills, no products, no ongoing costs.

I'll be honest - this isn't for everyone

I only work with men who have male pattern baldness (aka androgenic alopecia, "genetic" hair loss), ages 20-55, and are willing to put in 20 minutes a day for 3-4 months. This is my area of expertise, for other cases, unfortunately I'm not your guy.

Also, at the end of 20 minutes your hands will be sore. Some people become less consistent after a couple weeks in because they want easy solutions. Think of this like going to the gym, but for your hair.

If you want a magic pill, this isn't it.

But if you're tired of treating symptoms instead of the actual problem, if you're ready to fix your scalp instead of masking the issue with drugs, here's what I can do for you.

What happens on the call

I'll look at your specific situation and make you a custom plan based on all my research and what ive seen work for the 120+ men i've worked with. I spend 16 hours a day on growing hair back, if I'm being honest very few people know as much about growing hair as I do.

I'll create an actionable plan so you know exactly what to do starting tomorrow.

The confusion will finally be over and you can just stick to something as I monitor your progress and make any adjustments. I'll give you a timeline for what to expect and how to know if it's working.

If we decide to work together, you'll also get my personal number and monthly check-ins. I keep working with you until you hit your goals (if they're realistic).

I do this because I want more success stories. Your results help me reach more people who are stuck in the same place I was.

If you want to get started, you can book a call with me here.

What to expect

Most guys see their scalp get more flexible within 30 days. Hair fall reduces around 60 days. By 90 days, hair fall generally stops and existing hair gets thicker.

New hair growth starts showing up around 120+ days if you add the microneedling.

The anxiety disappears. No more checking your pillow. No more avoiding mirrors. No more obsessing over your hairline.

You can finally stop thinking about your hair all the time.

Why I'm sharing this

I'm not a doctor - I'm an engineer who looked at this problem differently.

Pharma companies make billions keeping you on pills forever. They've convinced everyone that genetics and DHT are the only factors when Japanese researchers proved you can change your gene expression through scalp work.

I could keep this quiet. But after 120+ guys, seeing them go from constant worry to confidence, I can't.

This changed my life. It keeps changing lives every month.

If you want to try this

I work with about 15-20 guys per month. One-on-one coaching, not some course.

Only book if you're serious about doing the work. 20 minutes a day for at least 3-4 months. No shortcuts.

If you're ready for that, and you fit what I described above, book a time below.

If not, please don't.
